So if this situation happens in the future, all you need to do is to fill out the form with the relevant information, and we will restore your character. Please keep in mind that we can perform this service only ONCE per account.

That's right, we have another surprise! Not only are we reviving characters,we're also offering a free de-leveling (16>15, 31>30) of one character on your account! Again, please note that this can only be done once per account.
